Do you remember when Facebook was all a twitter with the viral 25 Things about XYZ? I loved it and couldn’t wait to be tagged. Not only that, I actually was a bit saddened when the ruckus died down and people started to lash out about it. Because I am a glutton for punishment, I am re-posting my 25 Things About Me List. And yes, you can consider yourself tagged!
- I am the one and true God.
- I have always delighted in correcting people who mispronounce my name.
- I am a visionary and writer.
- I was widowed in 2004. Alana was 2.5 years old. My husband’s death was on the news and news reporters stood in front of my apartment building for a couple of days.
- I gave birth to my second child Asherah-Dey at home and it did not even hurt.
- I breastfed Alana until she was 2.4 and it didn’t even hurt.
- My favorite color is blue.
- I love to shop on-line. Now when I Receive things in the mail, it makes up for all the times I never got care packages while at camp or boarding school. Just another one of those scars parents unknowingly leave.
- It pains me to know that I will most probably unknowingly leave a scar on my babies. I want them both to be scar less, from me at least.
- I have a disturbingly sarcastic sense of humor. I find dark and weird things hilarious. My husband does not think I am funny at all, but he still loves me.
- I love eccentric people, astrology, the occult, conspiracy theories, science fiction/fantasy and cashews.
- I am a loner who loves a good audience.
- I am a socialite without a circle.
- I own a flat screen tv but do not subscribe to cable. I stream t.v shows from different sites and have seen some movies before they were released.
- I prefer snacks to meals. Please understand, I have never turned a meal down….
- I missed a good friend’s funeral and still have yet to forgive myself.
- I hate funerals.
- I buried my baby brother in 1999.
- I miss his smile, sense of humor and teddy bear hugs.
- I will nurse Asherah as long as it takes for her to decide she is done.
- I will probably regret publicly announcing #20.
- I really enjoy myself when I am in my children’s company.
- I love being a stay at home mother.

#4 – Unbelievably sad, but I’m so happy your daughter has her Mommy, and you seem to be an AMAZING one at that!
#6 – Did the same thing, and would do it 1000 more times if I had to. BUT, it did hurt, because my oldest bit me so hard once, I’m sure I saw the face of some ancestor in the stars and bright lights that showed themselves.

Those are my favorites! I sent you a friend request! You can replace my man who defected to Facebook due to a sudden irrational paranoid fear of the “system”! Facebook is a surveillance tool he said as he hit the deactivate button…. Now I can 333 friends again. I love that number. 333…..
