I was just introduced to this artist by my Kenyan sister. Ayo is a Nigerian artist who has taken my heart by storm. I enjoy most her lyrics, clear bird-like voice and her presence. She seems so at peace.

I am so relieved to have heard the message. “As long as you believe, Help is coming.” Thank you Ayo.

The Coming Fall

will bring great change to my family and I anticipate them gladly. I mostly look forward to continued blessings and abundance. I am however, saddened by the nearly passed summer. While it was difficult, this summer was momentous in changing how I perceive my life. I have been really reaching deep rediscovering and redefining who I am. As has been the case for most of my life, music has always played a huge role and has been a source of strength. Ceelo Green has been popping up and catching my attention with his beautiful voice. I dedicate this one to anyone who knew there was more and wasn’t afraid…..

Haiti and the American Red Cross

Every story has two sides. This side is quite condemning. I am curious to hear the other side. I have seen condominums built here in Brooklyn in less than a year. I wonder where the money has been spent. Has the Presidential Hall been rebuilt? Did the Red Cross contribute it’s monies to that effort?
