My husband and I were considering buying one for his eight year old son. He loves playing games online and we figured if he got one of his own then he’d leave this one for us grown ups. I will certainly be on the lookout for more info on this.

First off I would like to say great blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Cheers!

Thank you Inez! You have discovered the writing process. It is very rare for any one to be able to just sit and on the first go around produce exactly what they decided to write about. When I sit down my mind is filled with ideas and I get them down as fast as possible and then EDIT the crap outta it. The more you write the easier the process is. When you don’t have any ideas then you need to worry. If have ideas you are good! Put them on paper and be patient. Something will come of it, even if what results is not exactly what you imagined, it is usually better than what you thought initially. :)
